In keeping with our vision of spending all our time with patients, rather than a large staff, as we have done in the past, we generally handle all correspondence ourselves. Because of that, we may not answer the phone if we are with a patient. We love texting, so that is also a great way to reach us. Our phone hours are generally 9-5 Monday thru Friday, although we periodically check messages on off hours in case of emergencies.
Our Location
We are located in the heart of Ashland, Oregon, in the historic Railroad District, right on the main street of the neighborhood, "A" Street. Our office on the second floor of the "A" Street Arts building, just across the street from Ace Hardware.
You can either park in the parking lot to the left of the building or on the street and enter the upstairs via the outdoor staircase in the parking lot or from the alley behind the building without having to climb any stairs. You will see our office toward the back of the building, clearly marked with our sign.
